  • Thank you for taking the time to submit your services or act to Julia Charles Event Management for consideration. We look forward to the possibilities of building a working relationship with you. Please note we may edit, change and recreate your images, videos or even act name at our discretion. This is to limit the number of clients contacting acts directly. Julia Charles Event Management work with suppliers and artists on a contracted, self-employed basis. You are responsible for your own Tax & NI contributions. If you are accepted there will be further terms and conditions which will be sent to you once you have been successfully added to our roster of acts and suppliers or upon your 1st confirmed event with us. We do not charge for promoting you as a service so it is important you give us much information as possible and to the best of your abilities.
