Support your team members health and wellbeing needs by booking our virtual Tai Chi team building workshops. In this virtual session, you will learn all about Tai Chi and effective ways to practice relaxation and mindfulness.
Tai Chi is a spiritual practice inspired by martial arts and the natural balance of yin and yang. Our virtual Tai Chi team building workshop is practical and hands-on, and, once the workshop is over, will give participants the tools in which to continue practising tai chi at home.
You can either book a 30 minute Tai Chi session, or an extended session which also includes Kung Fu.
