These Terms and Conditions deal with how JCEM will handle your personal data, intellectual property and promotional activity.
Please bear in mind that JCEM owns and operates the JCEM Brands, so your information may be shared between JCEM and the JCEM Brands for promotional and/or other purposes.
JCEM works with artists and suppliers who are contracted on a self-employed basis. If you decide to register as a Supplier and you are accepted by JCEM, these Terms and Conditions will apply to you.

Registration Process – Terms and Conditions
These are the Terms and Conditions for the registration process of Julia Charles Event Management Limited (the Conditions), a company registered in England and Wales with registration number 07242965, whose registered office is at Julia Charles Event Management Ltd, First Floor Suite, 4 Canon Harnett Court, Warren Park, Wolverton Mill, Milton Keynes, MK12 5NW (JCEM).
1 Application of these Conditions
1.1 These Conditions apply to and form part of the registration process to become a Supplier of JCEM and/or the JCEM Brands. You will find various capitalised or defined terms in the Definitions and Interpretation section at the end of these Conditions.
1.2 JCEM owns and controls the JCEM Brands which are separate businesses and platforms owned and controlled by JCEM. JCEM may share your Content between the JCEM Brands.
2.1 The licence granted to JCEM under clause 1.3 includes without limitation the following rights to:
2.1.1 store, translate, adapt, make any modifications, additions or enhancements to the Content (or any part of them);
2.1.2 combine, merge or otherwise permit the Content (or any part of them) to become incorporated with any other work and arrange or create derivative works based on the Content;
2.1.3 copy and/or reproduce the Content (or any part of them);
2.1.4 edit, modify, crop, add to or subtract from the Content (or any part of them);
without your approval and at JCEM’s unfettered discretion.
2.2 JCEM shall be permitted, pursuant to the rights in clause 2.2, to exploit the Content for the purpose of marketing, sales, advertising or any other purpose reasonably necessary for JCEM.
3.1 By accepting these Conditions, you warrant and represent to JCEM that:
3.1.1 you are the legal and beneficial owner of all the IPR in the Content;
3.1.2 you have the right, power and authority to grant to JCEM the rights contemplated herein and to license the IPR in the Content; and
3.1.3 the exercise by JCEM of the rights licensed relating to the IPR in the Content, do not and will not infringe the Intellectual Property Rights of any third party.
4.1 You shall indemnify and keep indemnified JCEM and hold JCEM harmless against all loss, damages, liability, costs (including legal fees) and expenses incurred by JCEM arising from the breach of any of the warranties in clause 3 and in connection with any action, demand or claim that use or possession of the Content infringes the Intellectual Property Rights of any third-party including any damages or other amounts paid in compromise or settlement of any such claim by JCEM.
4.2 At JCEM’s request, and at your own expense, you will provide assistance to enable JCEM to resist any action claim or proceedings brought against JCEM as a consequence of any such breach.
5 Intellectual Property Rights indemnity
6 Governing law
These Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection with, it, its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.
7 Jurisdiction
The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection with, this Conditions, its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
8 Definitions and interpretation:
The following definitions apply:
Content
means the materials provided by the Supplier including but not limited to, videos, photographs, drawings, documents, designs, transparencies, images, graphics, logos, brand guidelines, names and all other materials prepared or supplied in connection with the Content, whether in hardcopy or electronic form.
Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
service marks, trade names, design rights, rights in get-up, database rights, databases, domain names, business names, the right to sue for infringement, unfair competition and passing off, and all similar rights of whatever nature wherever in the world arising and, in each case:
a) whether registered or not;
b) including any applications to protect or register such rights;
c) including all renewals and extensions of such rights or applications
d) whether vested, contingent or future; and
e) wherever existing;
JCEM Brands
means the following brands owned by JCEM:
-Global Events Agency, and
-Champions of Sustainable Events;
Supplier
means the individual or company registering to become a supplier of JCEM or the JCEM Brands.
