What Happens After Booking?
Self-Managed Booking
Once your booking is secured and the deposit has been paid, the relationship moves directly between you and the entertainment provider for the remaining event logistics.
At this stage:
- You will liaise directly with the entertainment provider regarding event details
- Final performance timings and requirements will be agreed upon
- Venue information, schedules and access details are shared directly
- Coordinate entertainment rider and technical requirements
- The remaining balance payment is arranged directly
This allows your event team to manage the entertainment alongside the rest of your event planning.
Full Service
Once the entertainment is confirmed, our team continues to manage the process.
Depending on your event requirements, we can also provide:
- Live event coordination support
This gives you peace of mind that the entertainment element of your event is professionally managed.
Which Option Is Best?
Self-Managed Booking
This service works well when you already have:
- An event planner or internal events team
- A venue coordinator managing the event schedule
- Production support handling staging, lighting or AV
If you would prefer us to manage the entertainment and coordinate directly with the venue and suppliers, our Full Entertainment Management Service may be a better fit.
Full Service
This service is ideal if:
