    What happens at your virtual chocolate making classes?

    Want to learn more about your virtual chocolatier experience? Read below to find out more.

    Before your event, guests will receive a kit containing all the ingredients and equipment needed for their virtual chocolate making experience – including a chef’s hat and apron so you all look and feel the part of a virtual chocolatier!

    Take a look at what is included in your chocolate making kit:

    • 200g of Belgian milk chocolate
    • 300g of Belgian dark chocolate
    • Selection of fruit and nuts to decorate
    • Chocolate moulds
    • Parchment squares
    • Piping bags
    • Chef’s Hat
    • Apron
    • Chocolate presentation box

    Furthermore, guests will receive a welcome pack via email to introduce the online chocolate making classes and a link to the virtual cookery studio. Our Virtual Chocolate Making Experience can be held on a video communication platform or your choice such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

    Throughout the event, your guests will be guided by our professional chocolatier as they guide you through the techniques of making ganache, the art of tempering, dipping and decorating your own chocolates.

    This Virtual Chocolate Making Experience can also be run as a competitive event, where teams will go head to head to see who can successfully make their chocolates first! Our food and drink challenge workshops can be paired with a range of interactive online games to create a full, skill-developing virtual team building event.
