Our blues band for hire are a talented collective of Chess Records-inspired musicians. This 1950’s-style band is fronted by an exceptionally talented harmonica player who has recently won the title of National Harmonica League Player of the Year. Our 4-piece British blues band will be sure to transport you back in time to the 1950s and 1960s.
This talented British blues band is comprised of 4 accomplished musicians including, the vocalist & harmonica player, the guitarist, bassist and drummer. Our original blues musicians have all been great fans of the original American blues scene. Having originated in the 19th century, blues music has always been an important musical genre in America and especially the South. Our British blues musicians have taken inspiration from the legendary Chess Records who produced some of the most famous blues & jazz singers including; Muddy Waters, Howlin’ Wolf & Little Walter and more.
Our British blues musicians have paid tribute to the Chicago Blues scene by creating this blues band. This 1960’s-style band is all about paying tribute to those who have come before through their beautiful compositions and arrangements of the songs. Our rhythm and blues band have a wide-ranging repertoire that will be sure to get everyone bopping and jiving.
