This urban and hip-hop artist is an eclectic artist specialising in a range of genres including Grime & Popular music. From an early age as five years old, D Dark’s passion for music evolved as he began to play musical instruments such as the piano and guitar and then began rapping at the age of 12.
Shortly after D Dark’s urge to blast through the music scene, D Dark featured in a number of well-established radio stations: MistiqFm, Heat Fm, Raw UK, Jam Hot and De Ja Vu, Empire FM, Freek FM – just to list a few.
Once D Dark’s exposure had reached its ultimate high, then some of the worlds global, world-known stations and DJ’s such as, BBC 1xtra’s DJ Cameo, DJ Limelight, DJ Semtex, Firing Squad, Dj Melody Kane Ras Kwame, Marian Hoobs, DJ Logan, Rude Kid and Kiss FM, where keen to have D Dark feature on their shows. D Dark has also had support and good radio play from Westside radio and has been interviewed on the Elle and Ronelle show.
In 2014 our live entertainment had been featured in Noel Clarke’s new movie called Legacy (Out in 2015) and he has been working closely with Universal Record Company with tracks featuring on their London Urban Album. This urban and hip-hop artist also had his first headline show in Camden Barfly where he filled up the whole venue with his supporters and fans.
He has also built a massive online Internet presence of over 132,000 followers which is continuously growing. D Dark also released his single all day every day which has a reached over a staggering 140,000 youtube views, his Harlem shake freestyle has hit over 2 million views and he has also featured on a track by Aero Chord entitled shooting stars which have over 28 million views.
