Lilliputian Lodge is quite literally a tiny Hotel, but don’t let this fool you as this installation show is crammed with comedy, circus skills, Chambermaids, Bellboys and red carpet thrown in for a hint of luxury!
The audience watches on with uncertainty as these all-female street theatre entertainers hitch with up with their tiny hotel, in this surreal world the chambermaids leap into action making beds and clearing rooms, the calamity fuelled waiters lay the tables and the red carpet is rolled out for the special guest…who’s luggage is humorously dealt with by the disaster-stricken Bellboys.
This is a great all-round family show that features an all-female cast who are professional entertainers and street performers that have dedicated themselves to bringing some of the most contemporary and extravagant street theatre entertainment.
Their shows incorporate a wonderfully balanced mixture of circus, physical theatre, impressive costumes and extravagant props to create a show that will captivate and grow an audience of all ages.
Their rapport with their audience has been described as “touching” and “exhilarating”. These talented ladies have a genuine connection with their audiences and are equally engaged with an individual as with an audience in the hundreds.
This walkabout act can also be delivered as a static 50-minute show that can suit a variety of events such as corporate entertainment, shopping centre entertainment, school entertainment, wedding entertainment, family fun days, product launches, store openings, private parties, family fun days and more.
