Laughter Yoga is designed to get everyone feeling more relaxed and comfortable by inviting participants to ‘laugh for no reason’.
Our Corporate Mindfulness Session is built around the philosophy that combining laughter with deep yoga breathing brings more oxygen to the body and brain.
As our Corporate Team Building Experience continues, participants will find themselves laughing more freely, developing therapeutic techniques.
Moreover, our Corporate Wellbeing Events are designed to get everyone involved and moving – our Laughter Coach will create an energising experience by getting participants dancing and clapping along as a team.
This Corporate Mindfulness Coach can also be booked for Conference Events as a Motivational Guest Speaker.
In addition, we can use our professional Event Production Services to manage each aspect of your event, including full staging, lighting and AV services to ensure that your event looks and sounds spectacular!
