Assembling the Ideas

We transformed the Fresha Offices in London with stylish Winter Wonderland theming for their corporate Christmas celebration.

The team at Fresha wanted to celebrate their Christmas with a party from their headquarters. The modern space spanning two floors presented a unique challenge to our team! To come up with creative solutions for an immersive yet budget-conscious event that surprised and delighted guests without hiring an external venue.

We were given three weeks to plan and produce this themed office party, which was set up and taken down all in the space of a day and night. Resulting in minimal disturbance to Fresha employees during their work hours.

Our event design team had to consider how to maximise the office space, planning a well-thought-out event that made use of each available area.

These key elements included using both floors for us to turn around the dinner space into a party space! Providing a themed go-between area on the upper floor during the intermission, with plenty of themed entertainment, Winter Wonderland props and ambient lighting to set the scene.

Adding our Expertise

We provided an epic Christmas party experience whilst balancing the budget.

For this Christmas office party, we committed to providing our client with a last-minute successful event with no compromise. With three weeks to plan and produce the event, we worked closely with our client to keep within budget whilst offering a memorable party experience for their guests.

The event management team had to ensure the seamless logistics of the evening, with the smooth transition of guests onto different levels, whilst turning around the event space from dining to party all within a 40-minute time frame.

Working with luxury caters, guests enjoyed a Northern Lights-themed dinner, with stunning table designs to reflect pine forests and Nordic adventure.

Key highlights include:

Creating transitionary theming using archways and props to different levels.
A fine dining Northern lights-themed dining experience for 140 guests.
Christmas entertainers include LED sax players, interactive Polar Bear and more.

Fresha’s 140 employees (including the CEO) had an unforgettable evening.

Transforming the office space into an elegant dining and party space, showcasing both efficiency and creativity. Using the Northern Lights intertwined with Winter Wonderland for a magic touch, immersing guests in a captivating visually stunning environment.

Freshas feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with praise to our customer service and execution of the event. The office party’s success has already led to discussions for next year, and the staff shared that they had a fantastic time as well.
