We recently had the opportunity to provide festival themed entertainment for a corporate client conference based in the magnificent setting of Magna Carta Island in London.

Creating an eclectic and varied lineup of colourful and captivating acts played a key role in bringing the vibrant atmosphere of this event to life.

The Julia Charles Event Management team were super excited to deliver entertainment for this event with its diverse brief.

Having designed and produced many corporate Festival themed events, we understood what performers would bring the dynamic edge our clients were looking for.

Not only doe’s festival themed entertainment need to look the part but the acts require a unique visual appeal with charisma and spectacular talents on show to dazzle audiences!

As the event was spread outside and inside we proposed a mixture of stunning walkabout entertainment and aerialists for the daytime with a transition to LED artists for the indoor evening extravaganza.

Showcasing Our Festival Acts

Our stunning acts brought the lively festival experience with their high-energy performances and captivating spectacles.

For daytime entertainment, our heart aerialist stole the show with her freestanding hoop acrobatics, all performed from within her giant heart prop.

This type of festival entertainment is a versatile choice as you don’t require rigging this beauty can be performed nearly anywhere with secure ground.

Next up we had our blooming butterfly stiltwalkers, providing captivating walkabout entertainment throughout the grounds.

Previously we have hired our butterfly performers for themes such as enchanted garden. This duo fitted in perfectly with the summer day, lush greenery and outdoor festival vibes. Providing a fantastic photo opportunity for guests as they fluttered their wings.

Now to the nighttime antics where the festival vibes livened up! Unlike your ordinary conference entertainment, our client wanted something to stand out that guests would love.

With a sci-fi themed edge and innovative feel our LED robots and glow girls lit up the space with their high-energy performances, futuristic costumes and smoke machines!
