    Our most popular drive in experience is our drive through cinema events. These outdoor events are a great opportunity to not only show a film but also build a whole experience.

    For example, we can have Walkabout Entertainers greet cars as they enter the event, staying in character and entertaining guests. Additionally, we can add in pre and post-film entertainment such as bands and comedy acts.

    And if that’s not enough we can also offer excellent catering options including online ordering and delivery straight to the guests’ cars.

    Furthermore, as event managers, we provide every element you’ll need for your drive through cinema event and experiences. Including equipment, staff, signage, stage and more, ensuring we create the best drive in cinema event experiences.

    There are lots of things you’ll want to consider when booking our dive in cinema and event experiences.

    Firstly, we recommend having a minimum of 100 vehicles, with a maximum of 250-300 vehicles to get the most out of the experience.

    Drive through cinema and event experience solutions

    We have lots of solutions and ways to ensure that your drive in cinema or event experience is successful.

    Some of our clients have previously been worried about their car steaming up if the weather is poor whilst they’re watching the film or entertainment. To counter this, we can offer large marquees for the cars to park under. This allows visitors to wind their windows down and still have full visibility of the screens etc.

    Furthermore, we provide Cleaning Stations for those in attendance to make the drive through cinema event experience as safe as possible.

    We integrate one-way systems and hire marshalls to oversee the event and ensure COVID-19 rules and guidelines are followed by all.

    Lastly, we are able to provide Catering Options in a way that is compliant with Covid guidelines and social distancing. Visitors can pre-order drinks and order food on an app which will then get delivered right to their car window. No hassle, contact-free and you won’t miss a thing!
