This wasn’t to be any old conference though. Not only did we execute a sustainable event plan to mitigate some of the effects of international travel, but we also ensured the conference was streamed virtually, and fully managed the creation of an exhibition hall for delegates to meet and network with related businesses and services. It’s safe to say there were lots of elements that we needed to expertly manage for this event to be a success.

Not only did they want us to create their conference event and exhibition, but we were also tasked with creating a gala dinner for the cement industry leaders to attend.

The idea was to bring industry leaders to Dubai from all corners of the world to discuss the future of the cement industry offering a decarbonisation road map, innovation for a net-zero future and sustainable partnerships.

Additionally, we created a hybrid event application that assisted with delegate registration and travel management as well as being used as a vital planning tool for the execution of the event.
