Julia Charles-Wiginton, founder of Julia Charles Event Management, has spent years designing and delivering bespoke Halloween transformations for luxury residential clients across London.

One of the most notable projects takes place on Hampstead Way, home to one of the UK’s most famous Halloween destinations, where our team transformed a property with immersive seasonal installations that attract thousands of visitors each year.

TV host Jonathan Ross’s annual celebrity Halloween party has made Hampstead Way in North West London famous for its extravagant Halloween displays.

This annual occasion is so huge that the entire street gets closed off for the homes to be transformed.

Whilst we didn’t work on Jonathan’s home itself, we were commissioned to transform a neighbouring property on the street.

Working closely with the homeowner, Julia devised a series of bespoke exterior Halloween concepts designed to deliver maximum visual impact whilst complementing the wider atmosphere of Hampstead Way.

Our team manages every stage of the transformation, from creative concept development and fabrication through to installation, lighting design and post-event removal.

Transforming a Hampstead Way Home for Halloween (2022–2024)

A Hampstead Way homeowner commissioned Julia Charles Event Management to design a bespoke Halloween installation for their property, located alongside one of London’s most recognised Halloween destinations.

Julia proposed several concepts, landing on a giant spider infestation theme – a playful nod to past spider issues in the area.

We installed an enormous bespoke fabricated spider on the facade, complete with graveyard, skeletons and eerie projection lighting to deliver a full Halloween house experience.

Julia’s Halloween theming skills were featured in the Metro, with the writer complimenting how well our bespoke Halloween installation worked alongside Jonathan’s elaborate designs.

Not only that, but following the success of the original installation, the client commissioned a new bespoke Halloween transformation each year.

This has allowed our creative team to develop increasingly ambitious concepts whilst maintaining the property’s status as one of Hampstead Way’s most anticipated Halloween attractions.
