Milton Keynes is one of our favourite places on Earth, not only because of its lovely landscape, friendly inhabitants, and amazing hospitality and food choices. As it turns out, MK is also a huge centre for incredible events in which, more often than not, we are involved. We tell you all about Milton Keynes’ perks in Today’s entry.

MK has every Events Agency’s dream Geographical situation & Travel connections 

The main perk of Milton Keynes, either you work in an Events Agency or not, is its travel connections. Not only are we a 35 minutes train ride away from London but also we have access to some of the best Uk’s international airports, like Luton and Heathrow. 

If you are somebody who loves to commute into the city life easily or adores to travel, this could be an amazing addition to your life. But when we speak about #eventprofs needing to constantly travel the country and the world to Create Events, this is as good as gold!

On one hand, Milton Keynes is down South enough that we can get into London easily (where to this day we manage and produce most of our clients’ events) as well as other Event locations by the coast like Brighton and Portsmouth. On the other hand, Milton Keynes is pretty close to the Midlands, which means easier road access to the North of the country, to locations like Leeds and even Scotland. Prefer it by train? No problem: MK station has got you covered! 

The best thing? Whilst Milton Keynes is very well connected and makes our job as an Events Agency very easy, it does not suffer from the issues of a big busy city. There are plenty of green spaces to enjoy with the family as well as lots of smaller locations where to settle and raise a family, far from the city noises and smells.

Milton keynes offers Incredible venues for all kinds of events and parties of all tastes

The best thing about Milton Keynes being so accessible is that it also transforms it into an amazing Events location. The fact that it is extremely easy to take suppliers and delegates alike on location (London traffic jams who?) along with the incredible venues that this town has to offer, has made MK the preferred Events Location for many #eventprofs and clients, both private and corporate. 

For starters, we have got the MK Stadium, where not only huge Football and sports events happen but also all sorts of Exhibitions and Conferences. In fact, not too long ago, we were the Events Agency who had the pleasure of organising and managing the Xero company’s Conference in this incredible venue.

Another venue that hosts all sorts of tech and events exhibitions is the Shopping Centre, where a few times a year, #eventprofs are given the chance to exhibit their business and make connections with other professionals as well as potential clients. 

Aside from these two very modern structures, we have had the chance to manage and create events in all sorts of Rustic Victorian Manor Houses, Universities and Luxury Hotels that are located in an incredible countryside setting.
