University Winter Wonderland Christmas Event

After impressing our client with a previous corporate Christmas party, they returned to us for their Staff Christmas Party the following year.

Opting for a Winter Wonderland theme , we wasted no time creating a unique and unforgettable experience.

We built a custom event design for the space from scratch within the venue to bring their Winter Wonderland Christmas Party vision to life.

We used captivating 3D Projection in the form of snowflakes of all different shapes and sizes to illuminate the icy blue scheme. This immersive lighting added ambience and magic to this Winter Wonderland Themed Event.

Our team erected faux partitions to redefine the hotel lobby, creating separate rooms for various functions, all adorned with an enchanting theme incorporating an icy blue and white colour scheme.

We provided an immersive 3D projection which basked the whole space with an awe-inspiring ambience. As well as providing themed entertainment such as Ice Queens and LED Dancers.

The students and staff had a ball, excuse the pun! With lasting memories made through this incredible Winter Wonderland experience.

We completely transformed this lobby into a spectacular Winter Wonderland escape. With specific zones to cater for seating, bar and dance as well as fantastic photo opportunities.

By adding central props such as decorative trees with LEDS we created vibrant and captivating seating areas for students and staff to gather around and relax with their drinks.

Simple Life Community Engagement Event

We work closely with Simply Life to provide seasonal outdoor events for the residents, with the intention of bringing the community together through activities and entertainment.

For our Christmas community event, we have festive treats for all the family!

During the Christmas season, we use entertainment Christmas theming such as Santa, Reindeer, and Christmas Elves to wander through Simple Life’s residential estates, distributing gifts and engaging with tenants.

Christmas is a magical time of year for all, our real reindeer are a surefire hit with all ages! Children and adults alike will love meeting and greeting Rudolf himself.

Additionally, with our Christmas event services, we organise a Christmas Parade, which is followed by a stationary Christmas Grotto, where tenants can capture memorable photos with our Christmas performers in the festive setting.

Not only do we provide captivating entertainment, but we fully manage the event, including on-site personnel such as stewards, volunteers and more to ensure smooth running for all involved.

We can organise a santas sleigh for your christmas event! Parade through the streets or event space handing out Christmas cheer to all. You can even have presents on board or organise a Santa’s Grotto for after the parade.

Bury St Edmunds Christmas Activation

In 2021, this trend continued without fail, as we orchestrated various Christmas shopping centre activations, such as the Bury Santa Experience for Bury St Edmunds Arc Shopping Centre.

We managed and produced a magical shopping centre activation at Bury St Edmunds. Here you can see the exterior Christmas themed attractions and installations fantastic for photo opportunities and illuminating the evening skies.

Bury council and the shopping centre sought to craft an exceptional encounter that extended beyond a simple Santa visit.

To infuse families with the festive vibe, we designed a three-part experience with various interactive components. Incorporating all the sights, sounds and smells of Christmas!

This magical guest experience included a Narnia-inspired Winter Wonderland alongside Santa’s Toy Shop and Grotto.

Thanks to the central location of the Bury Santa Experience, families could seamlessly integrate their shopping, dining, and entertainment activities all under one roof.

Bespoke Santa's Grotto with meet and greet Santa.
Our bespoke Santa’s Grotto was a magical experience for the guests as they got to meet and greet Santa from within his own enchanting space. We can create a Santa’s grotto custom made to your visions and theme.
The Toy Shop is a christmas event concept for shopping centres designed for Bury St Edmunds.
The Toy Shop featured an interactive experience where children could play with the various cuddly toys, building blocks and animals. This type of activation attracts football to your Shopping Centre and gives your shoppers a unique and enchanting experience.

Stand Out: Black and White Christmas Event

Christmas doesn’t have to be conventional! As much as we love bringing to life classic Christmas Themes, we embrace the stand-out.

Our Black and White Christmas Event theme will completely transform your venue. A twist on the white party, this monochrome palette provides the perfect festive canvas.

For this private corporate party, we used this bold colour choice to create an immersive and theatrical set that could implement the branding of the client seamlessly but without being overly cumbersome.

Using seating zones which separated the space, and bespoke props that reflected an ice-like theme such as clear table tops.
