The Jazz-Inspired LED Entrance
- Event: Gala Dinner
- Theme: Art Deco / Jazz Night
At number one on our list is the jazzy entrance we incorporated into this corporate gala dinner.
We used this bespoke set design to greet guests as they walked through the LED entrance into the event space – we wanted guests to feel like they were stepping out of reality and into a 1920s jazz lounge.
Inside, we revealed a full Art Deco-themed event set complete with a bespoke jazz wall installation, metallic details and bold lighting design.
We crafted a cohesive visual journey by blending modern event props and decor with nostalgic styling elements.
The stage design further echoed the theme, creating a dazzling focal point for the evening’s entertainment.
This installation offered more than a photo op – it created a narrative entryway that transitioned guests into the mood of the evening. It was immersive, stylish and on-brand!
The Saudi Horror Carnival Tree
- Event: Saudi Arabia Horror Festival
- Theme: Haunted Carnival
Towering over the crowd like something out of a nightmare, this immersive carnival tree set piece redefined what ‘experiential theming’ really means.
At the centre of a sprawling outdoor horror festival in Saudi Arabia, we installed a custom 6-metre-tall carnival tree, designed to evoke both curiosity and unease.
Our goal? To create a landmark installation that would anchor the entire experience, both visually and emotionally.
Themed event installations of this scale are not just decorative – they transform the energy and perception of a space.
The twisted branches of the tree were wrapped in theatrical props, dangling lanterns and subtle horror nods.
Integrated lighting effects created an eerie glow that shifted with the time of day, whilst embedded sound design sent faint whispers and creaks echoing across the venue.
It wasn’t just a prop. It was a character in the story.
This is a perfect example of how giant props and immersive event design can completely alter a venue’s scale and atmosphere, making guests feel like they’ve stepped into a living, breathing horror carnival.
Guests naturally gravitated toward it, as it served as a gathering point, a photo backdrop and a theatrical centrepiece all in one, delivering on impact, storytelling and interactivity.
Alice in Wonderland’s Mad Hatter Tea Table
- Event: Alice in Wonderland Themed Party
- Theme: Storybook Whimsy
This wasn’t just a tea table – it was a portal into Wonderland.
When it comes to immersive event design, few stories offer as much creative opportunity as Alice in Wonderland.
For this themed party, we brought the Mad Hatter’s chaotic charm to life with a whimsical, theatrical installation that blurred the line between reality and fantasy.
The centrepiece? A long, winding table dressed with bespoke crockery, mismatched teacups and vintage china stacked in impossibly quirky arrangements.
Our team used custom event props like oversized mushrooms, antique clocks, ‘Eat Me’ labels, and teapots suspended mid-pour to fill the space with wonder and detail.
This wasn’t about recreating a scene – it was about making guests feel like they’d walked right into the story.
Surrounding the tea table, we layered floral event design elements, including moss runners, bursting florals and tangled vines that spilt off the table and onto the floor.
Strategic lighting and playful signage enhanced the atmosphere, while carefully placed character props added interactive moments throughout the set.

The Renault Retro Tuck Shop

For Renault Sport’s Christmas Party, we took the food zone concept to a whole new level by transforming it into a vintage Christmas fair dreamscape.
This wasn’t just about food – it was about creating a fun, Instagram-worthy interactive space that fit seamlessly with the festive theme.
We began with retro food stalls, each styled to evoke nostalgia for a simpler, charming holiday season.
Guests lined up to grab their favourite doughnuts, whilst neon lights and warm, golden hues illuminated the entire area.
To enhance the whimsical vibe, we added a candy canopy installation that gently arched above the stalls, giving the food zone a cosy, yet magical atmosphere.
Bright, playful colours and sweet treats were all thoughtfully incorporated into the event props and decor, doubling as both decoration and an invitation for engagement.
This setup did more than just feed the guests – it encouraged them to interact with the space, snap photos and share the experience on social media, giving the entire food zone a vibrant, playful energy.
Twisted Circus Backdrop
- Event: Halloween Circus Party
- Theme: Twisted Circus
Disturbing, theatrical and fun – this installation captured the darker side of circus magic.
For this Halloween event, we wanted to create a backdrop that did more than frame photos – it had to immerse guests in the haunting world of our twisted circus.
The result was a gritty, carnival-inspired set installation featuring frayed red drapes, weathered wood textures, vintage fairground signage and eerie lighting.
The centrepiece was a circus sign, handmade to appear aged and cracked, hanging above a distressed stage.
This photo backdrop wasn’t polished or pristine – it was textured, tactile and deliberately chaotic.
It served as both a theatrical backdrop for performances and a high-impact event prop that encouraged guests to step into the scene.
To deepen the immersive event design, we added roaming performers, including twisted stilt walkers, contortionists and dark carousel horse props stationed around the space.
These weren’t just decorative accents – they were extensions of the theme that brought the entire venue to life in real-time.
The experiential theming in this event encouraged interaction, emotional response and full visual immersion.

The Sidemen’s Neon Temple Stage
- Event: XIX Vodka Launch Party
- Theme: Futuristic Temple
Part shrine, part underground sci-fi party – this neon-lit temple was a bold statement in immersive event design.
Created for the high-profile launch of XIX Vodka by the Sidemen, this custom-built event stage merged futuristic styling with ancient Egyptian symbolism.
The goal was to produce a striking centrepiece that didn’t just support performances – it had to set the entire tone of the event.
We designed a towering neon temple installation, using truss structures wrapped in glowing LED tubing, custom hieroglyphic-style decals and pulsating light sequences.
The integrated LED walls behind the DJ booth beamed graphics and branding animations in sync with the music, whilst fog and laser effects completed the nightclub aesthetic.
Every element of this stage had a purpose – it was the visual anchor, it doubled as a photo backdrop, and it created an immersive temple-like atmosphere that blurred the line between old-world mysticism and high-tech minimalism.
From branded video loops to glowing neon glyphs, this was more than a stage – it was a multifunctional experience zone that blended brand storytelling with visual spectacle.

The Dream Circus Bar
- Event: Sidemen After Party
- Theme: Dream Circus
For this event, we created a visual centrepiece – a bar that wasn’t just a bar, but an experience.
For the Sidemen’s After Party, we wanted to take the Dream Circus theme beyond the traditional tented or stage setups.
We went with a bespoke bar installation that blended artful design with playful fantasy.
The bar itself featured a huge air balloon centrepiece, anchored by a giant elephant prop, surrounded by hanging clouds to give the impression that the bar was suspended in air (the same for the surrounding event space).
Complete in a branded black and white finish to create a clean, simplistic visual, every curve, colour and texture was crafted to immerse guests in the world of the Dream Circus, blending perfectly with the surrounding carnival-themed decor.
But it wasn’t just about visual appeal – the interactive experience of the bar was central.
Against the colourful carnival backdrop, the bar became the social centre of the event, placed in the middle of the event space in front of the emphatic stage.
Guests were drawn to its unique design, taking photos, mingling and becoming part of the themed world.
The custom event props and dynamic design ensured that the bar wasn’t just a service point – it was a memorable part of the event’s immersive storytelling.
From a photo-op to a conversation starter, this bar became an integral part of the Dream Circus theme.

The Enchanted Island Stage

A magical transformation of nature and design, perfectly set against a sunset.
For this exclusive private island party, we created an enchanted garden stage that felt like stepping into another world.
Nestled in a secluded outdoor marquee, the stage was a visual spectacle from the first moment – a seamless fusion of nature, fantasy and bespoke craftsmanship.
The stage was framed by weaving tree trunks and arches that looked like they had been plucked straight from a storybook, their intricate vines and blossoms weaving together to create an elegant yet theatrical atmosphere.
LED-lit mushrooms dotted the space, glowing softly as the evening light dimmed, adding a touch of whimsy that felt both magical and surreal.
We designed this set with sunset-to-night transitions in mind, ensuring the lighting shifted from warm, golden tones to cooler, moodier hues as the night unfolded.
This immersive event design brought the theme to life, guiding guests through a sensory journey that felt like stepping into an enchanted forest.
The carefully curated lighting and fantasy-inspired set design helped elevate the event from an outdoor gathering to a full immersive experience.

Liverpool BID Family Halloween Sets
- Event: Liverpool BID Halloween
- Theme: Family-Friendly Halloween
Where spooky meets fun for all ages.
For the Liverpool BID Halloween activation, we created a series of family-friendly Halloween sets designed to capture the imagination of both children and adults.
The goal was to bring a sense of fun and festivity to the Liverpool city centre, creating a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining a playful yet spooky aesthetic.
We built three themed installations, each with its unique charm:
Pumpkin patches where families could interact with oversized, light-up pumpkins:
Spider Graveyard, complete with a giant spider prop and cobwebs:
Skeleton and Witch Tea Party:
Each installation was crafted with a focus on safe, engaging public photo opportunities, allowing people of all ages to take part in the Halloween fun.
These sets weren’t just visually appealing; they were designed to encourage social sharing, with plenty of spaces for guests to snap photos and share their experience on social media.

Reign of Terror Nightclub Installation
- Event: REIGN of Terror Themed Nightclub
- Theme: Ancient Egyptian Mythology
A nightclub transformed into an ancient mythic underworld.
From the moment guests arrived, they were greeted by a bespoke Tutankhamun’s tomb entrance, designed to immerse them in the theme before they even stepped inside.
Our production team constructed the tomb facade with hidden hand holes, allowing scare actors to reach through and shock unsuspecting guests – setting the eerie tone right from the doorway.
Once inside, guests followed a carefully themed route through transition spaces, cloaked in dim lighting and styled with Egyptian statues, wall decor and eerie Halloween props.
Every section of the venue – right down to the cloakroom, was transformed.
We turned the usual storage area into a blood-soaked prison cell scene, complete with chains, custom-built wall textures and gory details, delivering unsettling photo ops and immersive storytelling in even the smallest corners of the club.
The main event space was brought to life with a custom-built Egyptian marketplace set, constructed to allow scare actors to hide, pop out and interact with guests in clever and unexpected ways.
From bloodied bones and snakes to hidden relics, the props created a twisted version of a mystical Egyptian bazaar.
Guests could explore stalls filled with gory ‘goods’, bartering with actors for unsettling surprises or sneaking past to avoid a fright.
This installation was more than just visual – it was interactive. Every design choice was rooted in the guest experience, making sure each space told a story, delivered a scare, or encouraged a photo-worthy moment.
